It generates audit-ready reports and automated notifications, ensuring businesses stay compliant and organized with minimal administrative overhead.

Redactly is an AI-powered document redaction SaaS built for UK public sector organisations including councils, NHS trusts, and government bodies. It automates the redaction of personal data and Freedom of Information exemptions from documents before public release, replacing hours of manual work with a minutes-long AI-assisted workflow. Reviewers accept, reject, or annotate redactions before finalising to a rasterised PDF, with every action captured in an immutable audit log and a full redaction report generated for the FOI response.

Dwelyx is a UK landlord compliance and property management platform built for the regulatory changes coming into effect in 2026, including the Renters' Rights Act, Making Tax Digital, and Awaab's Law. It covers compliance deadline tracking, automated reminders, a digital document vault, rent and expense tracking with MTD-ready quarterly exports, a maintenance audit trail, and a tenant-facing portal for rent schedules and messaging.
